Yamaha have launched an amazing new App for their acclaimed THR Practice amplifier range.

The new free of charge ‘Session’ App allow users to to play along with, and learn their favourite tracks by deploying the App’s cool ‘ Extraction’ feature which isolates and mutes the guitar track allowing guitarists to play along, practice and learn solos with the band and their guitar heroes .

This nifty function provides a great practice and learning tool, ideal for ‘At-Home’ rehearsals, users can practice songs and techniques quicker and more effectively than conventional methods.

For those who are unfamiliar with what LTE technology means, the iPhone news website explained that LTE stands for “long term evolution,” a standard protocol for wireless technology that specifies the frequency rate that the phone uses to communicate with wireless networks. Phones that are connected to an LTE network will have a network speed that is faster over 3G and 4G speeds.

Quad core Processor – In the recent unveiling of the iPad, Apple had announced that the iPad would have the A5X chip. Though the chip does not feature a quad core processor, it features quad core graphics. Don’t be afraid! Apple has said this chip wouldn’t suit smartphones so expect the new A6 quad core chip to be released with the iPhone 5.

Screen strength – In addition, according to Apple whom have claimed that Corning makes the majority of the iPhone’s glass, will increase the likelihood of the iPhone 5 using the recently-released Gorilla Glass 2 on the new iPhone. The new Gorilla Glass 2, which is made by the Corning company, will be thinner and stronger than previous models, which means it will be more durable and harder to crack in case the phone is accidentally dropped.

VDO Notifier allows users to share notification videos with other iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad users, in this helpful application available only in iOS 5. Once the video is chosen to be included in a notification, it is compressed and added. Users may use any video from their device video library, or create a new video for each notification. When recording a video, users have the option to view, retake or use the created video. All videos recorded with the VDO Notifier application are also stored in a users device album.

With an easy-to-use graphical interface, users can effortlessly navigate, create, customize and send video notifications. Users can view the status of all notifications in the Notifier list. From this list users have the option of turning notifications on or off. Notifications may also easily be deleted by tapping the trash can icon.
